Pemika Nakornsri is the Chief Executive Officer of BCC Ventures, the venture capital arm of Bangkok Cable, where she leads investment strategy with a focus on clean energy innovation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Since joining Bangkok Cable in 2023, Pemika has led the establishment of the Sustainable Development Steering Committee, driving the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across the organization. She has developed and implemented a strategic sustainability framework, charted a net-zero roadmap, and fostered cross-functional collaboration to align business operations with long-term sustainable growth. As part of this initiative, Pemika is also working closely to enhance employee engagement—focusing on career progression, workplace health, and well-being—ensuring that sustainability is embedded not only in operations, but also in BCC’s workforce.

She is also overseeing BCC’s smart factory progress—leveraging technologies for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and production planning—these initiatives mark a critical step in Bangkok Cable’s 2025 strategic drive toward end-to-end digitization and Industry 4.0.

Pemika has also directed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns that promote sustainability, community development, and social welfare—enhancing the company’s reputation and social impact. She manages internal communications to foster an agile and engaged culture, aligning employees with the company’s values and business objectives.

With a background in engineering and a strong foundation in both sustainability and strategic communication, Pemika brings a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to BCC Ventures—supporting clean energy startups through strategic partnerships, operational guidance, and purpose-driven growth.
